Move Owner Seat to South-West Facing North

This is the single most important commercial Vastu correction. Move the owner or MD's desk to the South-West zone of the office or shop, ensuring they face North or East while working. Place a solid wall behind the chair — never a window or door behind the owner's seat. This establishes Nairutya bala — earth element authority energy.

Move Cash Locker to North Zone Opening North

If your cash locker or cash counter is in the South-West or any zone other than North, move it to the North zone of the office or shop. Ensure the locker door opens towards North or East — Kubera's directions. Place a Kubera idol or Sri Yantra near the cash storage to activate wealth flow.

Ensure Team Faces East or North While Working

Move employee desks so team members face East or North while working. East-facing teams show highest productivity — morning solar energy improves alertness and performance. North-facing teams benefit from Mercury and Kubera energy — good for sales, communication, and financial functions.

Clear and Open the North Zone of the Office

Remove all clutter, storage boxes, and heavy objects from the North zone of your office or shop. The North must be open, light, and if possible have a window or opening. Place a money plant or small water feature in the North to activate Kubera's energy flow into the business.

Place a Vastu Pyramid at the Main Business Entrance

If your office or shop entrance faces South or South-West — inauspicious directions for commercial spaces — place a copper Vastu pyramid just inside the main entrance. This neutralises the challenging entrance energy. Additionally ensure the entrance is always bright, clean, and welcoming — Vastu treats the entrance as the mouth of the business.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my business not growing despite hard work?

The most common commercial Vastu reason is the owner sitting in the wrong zone — not South-West. Vishwakarma Prakash states the business owner must sit in SW facing North or East for maximum authority and growth energy (Nairutya bala). The second cause is cash locker in SW — earth element drains financial accumulation when money storage is in the stability zone.

Where should the business owner sit as per Vastu?

South-West zone, facing North or East, with a solid wall behind. This placement gives the owner Nairutya bala — earth element strength for authority, decision-making, and command over the enterprise. Vishwakarma Prakash specifically establishes this as the Swami (master) position.

Where should the cash locker be in an office or shop?

North zone, with the door opening towards North or East. North is Kubera's direction — cash storage here activates wealth flow into the business. Never in South-West — earth element drains money. The cash counter should also face North for continuous financial activation.

What is the fastest Vastu remedy for business growth?

Move the owner's seat to South-West facing North. Shift the cash locker to the North zone with the door opening North. These two changes together address the most critical commercial Vastu defects and can produce noticeable results within weeks.
