1. About Our Refund Policy
VastuIQ is a product of GarahPravesh.com, operated by Manoj Jangra from Zirakpur, Punjab, India. We take pride in the quality of our reports and AI tools. This Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair and honest — both for you as a customer and for us as a small independent platform.
We offer Vastu analysis reports, numerology reports and DishaAI question packs as digital products. Because these are digital goods that are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, our refund terms reflect the nature of digital product sales.
By making a purchase on VastuIQ, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products — Nature of Our Services
All products sold on VastuIQ are digital products — specifically PDF reports generated based on analysis inputs you provide and AI question credits.
Key characteristics of our products:
- Reports are generated and made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed
- Reports are personalised based on the specific property details, name and date of birth you enter
- Once generated and downloaded, the report cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can
- DishaAI question credits are consumed as you use them and cannot be reversed once used
For these reasons, our refund eligibility is based on delivery and technical functionality, not on satisfaction with the Vastu or numerology guidance itself.
Important: VastuIQ reports are based on classical Vastu principles applied algorithmically. The analysis is genuine and honest. If a property scores low, that is the real result based on classical texts — it is not an error. Low scores are not eligible for refunds as they are accurate outputs, not failures of delivery.
3. When a Refund Is Available
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
1. Report Not Delivered — You completed payment successfully (payment confirmed by Razorpay) but the report did not download and was not received by email within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Technically Corrupted Report — The PDF file you received is corrupted, unreadable, blank or missing content pages (not merely low-scoring content — the file itself is technically broken).
3. Wrong Report Delivered — You received a report for the wrong property type or plan (e.g., you paid for Detailed but received Basic).
4. Duplicate Payment — You were charged twice for the same report due to a technical error. Evidence (two payment confirmation IDs) required.
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the original purchase.
4. When a Refund Is Not Available
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
1. Successfully Delivered and Downloaded Reports — Once your report has been successfully delivered and you have downloaded or opened it, the sale is final. Digital products cannot be "returned."
2. Dissatisfaction with Vastu Score — If your property received a low Vastu score, this is an honest result based on classical texts, not a technical error. Scores are not adjusted and reports are not refunded on grounds of dissatisfaction with the score.
3. Change of Mind — We are unable to offer refunds because you changed your mind after purchase.
4. Incorrect Details Entered — If you entered wrong property details, name or date of birth before running the analysis, the report is generated based on the inputs you provided. Please review your inputs carefully before purchasing.
5. Requests After 48 Hours — Refund requests made more than 48 hours after purchase will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
6. Used DishaAI Question Credits — Question credits that have already been consumed by asking questions are not refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on Section 3, please follow these steps:

Send an email to
info@vastuiq.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Late requests may not be considered.

Include your Payment ID
Include your Razorpay Payment ID (begins with "pay_") in your email. This is shown in your payment confirmation. Without this, we cannot process your request.

Describe the issue clearly
Explain what went wrong — did the report not download? Was the PDF file corrupted? Were you charged twice? The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.

Attach evidence if available
A screenshot of the error, the corrupted PDF or your payment confirmation helps us process your request faster.

We respond within 24 hours
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, IST). We may ask for additional information before approving a refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved by VastuIQ:
- The refund is initiated through Razorpay back to your original payment method
- Processing time is 5–7 business days from the date of approval
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank
- UPI refunds are typically faster — usually 1–3 business days
- We will send you a refund confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
In some cases where a refund is not applicable but the issue was on our side (e.g., technical glitch), we may offer to re-generate and re-deliver your report free of charge as an alternative to a refund.
7. DishaAI Question Packs
DishaAI question packs (₹49 for 10 questions, ₹99 for 20 questions) are consumable digital credits.
- If you purchased a question pack but have not used any questions, a refund may be considered if requested within 48 hours
- Partially used packs — for example, you used 3 out of 10 questions — are not eligible for a full refund. A proportional refund for unused credits may be considered at our discretion.
- Fully consumed packs are not eligible for refunds
8. Payment Disputes via Razorpay
If you have raised a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, please be aware that:
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting VastuIQ may result in your access to VastuIQ services being restricted
- We encourage you to contact us directly at info@vastuiq.com first — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably without involving your bank
- Razorpay handles all payment disputes in accordance with their standard dispute resolution process and applicable card network rules
9. Consumer Rights — India
VastuIQ operates in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 as applicable to digital goods sold by an individual operator.
Under Indian consumer protection law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about the product and its limitations before purchase
- Receive the product or service you paid for
- Seek redress for defective or undelivered digital services
If you feel your consumer rights have been violated and we have been unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or through the Consumer Online Resource and Empowerment Centre at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
10. International Users
VastuIQ serves users from India, UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia and many other countries. Please note:
- This Refund Policy is governed by Indian law and the terms of our payment processor Razorpay
- Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). The refunded amount in your local currency depends on exchange rates at the time of the refund and may differ slightly from the charged amount
- International card refunds may take longer to appear — up to 10–14 business days in some cases depending on your bank and country
- Users in the UK and EU have certain statutory digital goods refund rights. If you believe your statutory rights apply, please contact us and we will review on a case by case basis
If you are in the UK or EU and purchased a digital product that was not yet downloaded or accessed within 14 days of purchase, you may have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Contact us at info@vastuiq.com to discuss.
