Vastu for Villa — What's Different from a Flat?
Villa का Vastu — Flat से कैसे अलग है?
Vastu for villas and independent houses is far more comprehensive than flat Vastu. You control the entire plot — entrance gate placement, garden zones, compound walls, staircase position, underground water tanks, borewell location, and the orientation of every room across multiple floors. This gives you both more Vastu potential and more variables to get right.
VastuIQ's AI analyzer handles the full complexity of villa Vastu — including multi-floor analysis for duplex and triplex homes, plot slope assessment, compound wall height rules, and borewell placement. Based on 📖 Manasara, 📖 Mayamata and 📖 Vishwakarma Prakash.

Room-by-Room Vastu Rules — Villa & Independent House
Villa के हर कमरे के लिए Vastu नियम
The main gate of the plot must align with an auspicious pada of the facing direction. North and East gates are ideal. The gate should be taller than the compound wall on the south side.
🏠
Main House Entrance
N / E / NE
The main door of the house — separate from the gate — should face North, East, or North-East. It must be placed in the auspicious pada of the facing wall based on classical pada rules.
South-East (Agni zone) — cook facing east. In villas with larger kitchens, the cooking platform must be on the east or south-east wall. Never in the north-east zone.
South-West for the head of household — earth element, maximum stability. In multi-floor villas, SW of the ground floor is ideal. Upper floors should not have the master bedroom in NE.
Staircase must be in the South, South-West, or West zone. Never in the North-East — this is a serious defect that affects the entire home's Vastu. Stairs should ascend clockwise.
🚰
Underground Water Tank
NE / N / E
Underground water tanks must be in the North-East, North, or East zone of the plot. Never in South-West — this causes serious financial and health issues according to classical texts.
🌿
Garden & Trees
N / E / NE
Gardens and open spaces should be larger on the North and East sides. Large trees like peepal or banyan belong on the South or West boundary — never in the North-East garden zone.
🏗️
Compound Wall
S / W Higher
South and West compound walls must be higher and thicker than North and East walls. This creates the ideal Vastu slope — heavy south-west, light north-east — across the entire plot.
