How does the Vastu comparison work?Vastu Comparison कैसे काम करता है?
Both homes are scored on our server with exactly the same rules as the VastuIQ Free Vastu Analyzer, so the same home gets the same score on every VastuIQ tool and in the paid report. Up to 8 placements are scored: main entrance, kitchen, master bedroom, pooja room, toilets, staircase, balcony and the centre (Brahmasthan). Each scores 0–100 for its direction, and the entrance, kitchen and master bedroom weigh more. Bands: Strong 80+, Good 60–79, Needs attention 40–59, Priority below 40. The verdict is written from the two scores.

Yes. Homes can be from different buildings, towers or cities. Compare is for flats, independent houses / villas and row houses. For a residential plot, use the plot check in our Free Vastu Analyzer instead.

What does the Brahmasthan mean?ब्रह्मस्थान क्या होता है?
Brahmasthan is the central zone of any home. In Vastu Shastra, it should be kept open and clear. A toilet or staircase in the centre is a major defect, and a major defect (like a toilet or kitchen in the North-East or a South-West main door) caps a home's score at 59. A pillar or a partly used centre is shown as a site note, not scored.

Choosing the Investment goal does not change either score: it only decides which placements are shown first and breaks a tie when the two scores are level. Shape, land slope, road side, water tanks, surroundings and floor level are shown side by side as site notes, not scored.

The scores use traditional Vastu Shastra direction rules — the same rules as the VastuIQ Free Vastu Analyzer. The birth number check (date of birth vs main door) is a separate note: it is numerology, not Vastu, and never part of the score. This is an informational guide — not a substitute for an in-person Vastu consultation.
