VastuIQ is a product of GarahPravesh.com, operated by Manoj Jangra, an individual operating from Zirakpur, Punjab, India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manoj Jangra operating as VastuIQ.

VastuIQ is a technology and information platform. It is not a consulting firm, architectural practice, legal firm or financial advisory service.
VastuIQ offers certain features free of charge including Vastu score reveal, limited daily AI Floor Plan analysis, limited DishaAI questions and basic numerology preview. Free services are provided "as is" and may be modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without notice.
Paid services include downloadable PDF reports (Basic and Detailed) and DishaAI question packs. Paid services are subject to the payment terms in Section 6 and the Refund Policy at vastuiq.com/refund.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of VastuIQ services. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
VastuIQ's algorithmic scores are based on classical Vastu principles applied computationally. AI-generated analysis from floor plans and DishaAI responses are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. While we take care to build accurate systems, we do not warrant that any score, analysis or recommendation is 100% accurate, complete or applicable to your specific circumstances.
By using VastuIQ you represent and warrant that:
All payments on VastuIQ are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service. VastuIQ does not store payment card information.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
Upon successful payment, reports are made available for immediate download. Reports may also be sent to an email address you voluntarily provide. If you experience any issue with report delivery, contact us at info@vastuiq.com within 48 hours of purchase with your payment reference ID.
Our refund policy is detailed at vastuiq.com/refund. In summary: refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if your report was not delivered or was technically corrupted. No refund is available for successfully delivered and downloaded reports.
Coupon codes are issued at VastuIQ's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Coupon codes cannot be combined and are subject to any specific terms stated at the time of issue.
All content on VastuIQ — including but not limited to the scoring algorithms, report templates, written content, tool designs, brand identity (name, logo, colours), DishaAI system prompt architecture and educational content — is the intellectual property of Manoj Jangra operating as VastuIQ.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell or create derivative works from any VastuIQ content without explicit written permission.
Reports you purchase are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute or republish purchased reports.
VastuIQ uses Claude, an AI language model developed by Anthropic, to power DishaAI chat responses and AI Floor Plan analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:
DishaAI is clearly identified as an AI system on our platform. We do not misrepresent DishaAI as a human Vastu consultant.
You may not use VastuIQ to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your access to VastuIQ and may be reported to appropriate authorities where applicable law requires.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VastuIQ and Manoj Jangra from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VastuIQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.
Users accessing VastuIQ from outside India agree that Indian law governs their relationship with VastuIQ regardless of their location.
In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to VastuIQ services or these Terms, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly at info@vastuiq.com. We commit to making a genuine effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be Chandigarh, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
VastuIQ may terminate or restrict your access to services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue any service.
You may stop using VastuIQ at any time. As we do not maintain user accounts, there is no formal account deletion process. Any data stored in your browser's local storage can be cleared through your browser settings.
Sections 3, 7, 10, 11 and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the website.
Your continued use of VastuIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, please stop using VastuIQ.
